about me
Firstly my name is Leanne and it is a pleasure to have you visiting my wee page... Now this is a long one now good luck, I ran my business out of Oban until early 2026 until I moved to the Woodlands Glencoe in my pod called the snug.
Where does the name LunaRoseBeauty come from? - My wee girly is called Luna, a bit of a weird story but Luna is named after a rabbit I adopted myself (first pet of my own) . She was super aggressive at the start, she had a bad home before me. Slowly she began to settle in after a few growls and bites... btw who knew rabbits growled?! because I didn't lol, she ended up becoming a big part of my life coming for cuddles when I was low in bed, dropping a wee s*** on me every so often for good measure, you get the just. Anyway human form Luna inspired me to do something I really wanted to do but I was always too scared to go for it, before this I used to be a stewardess with Calmac which I loved but it wasn't my passion... it was really hard trying to balance a work life balance, so I just went f*** Now I'm here and get to spend more time with Luna and work in a job I love.
I say job but this more than a job to me it's my passion and I just love making you guys feel amazing in yourself and creating a space that makes you all feel safe. I have been to salons before where it's all go and quite overwhelming and I wanted to make it the opposite here at LunaRoseBeauty.

tips
castor oil
Salons recommend castor oil alot, even I did at one point... but it's actually bad for your lashes after having brow lamination or lash lifts as it's heavy molecules weigh down the curl and creates a barrier that repels moisture, and traps dehydration...instead go for a keratin lash serum or argan oil
glasses
If you are a speccy like myself, you can beat a good deal on a pair of glasses, I have been getting my glasses from firmoo and they are bloody amazing... I used to get mine from specsavers which were more than double the price for one pair. I now get two pairs with excessive blue light blocker lenses in them for less than sixty pounds. They help reduce headaches and helps you to get a better sleep
epson salts
I love a good epson salt bath, I recommend it to everyone, home bargains is great for big packs which can save you a lot of money
mental health
I find everyone deals with things differently but here are some things that have helped my mental health lately... sleep, medication from the doctors, mindfulness, cbd drinks, no alcohol, spending time with loved ones but also taking time outs when I need it. A good bath, shave, wash, dry and straighten the mop. All quite simple things really.
if you ever need to help click the link below or call your GP
cbd drinks
now i'm a new lover of trip drinks and little ricks... I find these so helpful to curb the craving of alcohol, so far i'm doing great. Depending what flavour you get they have magnesium, lions mane etc in them, basically they just make you chill out bit more, are tasty, helps to get a magic nights sleep with no hangover the next day
massages
I feel we all get this one, or am I alone? idk... my back feels like it's about one hundred years old and i'm only twenty seven lol, anyway as a massage therapist I always recommend getting regular massages as it helps your muscles, mental health, nervous system and has many more benefits. I always feel safe and calm when I get a massage which is pretty hard to achieve so if you are worried about trying it out please don't, you will loveee it
